– Dockside –
Crowned upon the banks of the Cooper River, the Dockside Condominiums is one of only two highrises on the Charleston Peninsula. At 18 stories, each villa incorporates a spacious open floor plan – living areas are defined by their floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing panoramic views, each opening onto their own private balcony.
The Dockside property is itself a park-like setting, along with an open sun deck and riverfront walkway to a private deepwater boat dock. Residents enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool as well as a social lounge and library adjacent to a bright, spacious lobby.
Dockside also includes 21 ground level townhomes, each with handsome outdoor courtyards – many with direct access to the parking deck below.

– Bee Street Lofts –
Industrial chic inside, distinctive Lowcountry outside – Bee Street Lofts is perched along the edge of Charleston’s Medical District overlooking the Ashley River. A wide variety of floor plans are designed for modern living, featuring motifs of polished concrete and wood elements brightened by high ceilings and oversized windows, with most villas overlooking either the river or one of two elevated courtyards.
The location of Bee Street Lofts within walking distance to MUSC, the VA Hospital, and Roper St. Francis Hospital attracts many physicians, medical residents, and nurses. Its large interior courtyards make for great gathering spots for residents and guests, complete with shaded pergolas and barbecue grills.

– The Gadsden –
The first new condominium on the peninsula in more than a decade became an exciting prospect for many. Situated in the Wharfside district places this community in line of sight of the Cooper River, while also walkable to the Charleston Historic District, very many nearby shops and restaurants, the iconic King Street, and the Cooper River waterfront.
Interior decor at The Gadsden was directed by local designer Cortney Bishop, whose vision manifested as a calming, midcentury inspired motif throughout that has presented as relaxed elegance.
The residences are very nicely done, with layouts so efficient that you may want to send a gift card to the architects.
On the rooftop is a very nice clubhouse of sorts, like a large office/lounge, accented by panoramic views of the city. Just outside the doors is the pool area, flanked by an enormous amount of seating for guests and such, completed by two outdoor kitchen stations.
The skyline views of Charleston from the rooftop are top notch crowd pleasers.

– Vendue Range –
The greatest living experience in historic Charleston is living in the French Quarter and then of course living in the Vendue Range, the most luxurious apartments in downtown Charleston. In keeping with the historical past of the area, it has a traditional character but is modernized for comfort. High ceilings with tall solid wood doors are a staple in these properties.

– Anson House –
– Harleston Gates –
With just four apartments and four penthouses available, these impressive boutique residences showcase the best of elegant contemporary living within a classically inspired framework. Featuring great features and exclusive amenities, Harleston Gates offers a unique opportunity to experience the essence of Charleston living.
