Charleston Livability combines authorized listing data with separately authored local context. This page explains what comes from the MLS, what comes from us, and where listing-specific attribution belongs.

Where the listing data comes from

The listing layer has a source. The surrounding explanation may have another, which is why the distinction is kept visible.
